The presenter will talk about his project Semantic Space, which utilizes Dbpedia and Wikidata to enhance the user experience in browsing articles on the web. He will talk about how he designed a Neo4j database to store and maintain these knowledge graphs, how he designed advanced Cypher queries to serve data to the UI, and how he implemented a semantic search feature on top of Neo4j. You will gain insights on knowledge graphs, semantic web, and their use case in the context of Neo4j.

His main academic interest is to search how external knowledge - especially knowledge graphs - can be used to enhance the performance of machine learning models.
