The ResearchOps Toolbox + Graph: Discovering the Right Tools for UX Research and Design Teams

Session Track: Applications

Session Time:

Session description

Like most domains, nearly every UX researcher and research operations specialist has asked, “What’s the best tool for this job?” There are more than 400 tools out there, and the search for tools that fit your needs is never-ending. The ReOps Tools Census sought to address this challenge by cataloging tools used by diverse teams around the world. Interpreting the Tools Census as a graph makes answering this ubiquitous question much easier. In this talk, we’ll demonstrate how to integrate Neo4j’s tools/extensions with Python to transform data, build a recommendation engine, and visualize the UX tools landscape to solve a real-world problem.
