With over 20 years of information technology experience, Ed Randall has thrived across a variety of sectors, including financial services, retail (ecommerce), defense, education, and data platforms. Ed’s deep technical experience encompasses hyperscale cloud, operating systems, virtualization, and networking.

Ed currently works as Technical Product Manager at Neo4j.

His areas of responsibility include Neo4j deployment, Software Packaging, Cloud Marketplace Listings, and Neo4j’s Helm Chart offerings.

As a Technical Product Manager at Neo4j, Ed blends his technical pedigree with a passion for implementing cloud-based products. He is focussed on helping customers experience the power of connected data by getting Neo4j up and running as quickly as possible.

Prior to this role, Ed was at Rackspace Technology for 6.5 years and worked as a Senior Consulting Architect across a global customer-base. He led the technical delivery of complex projects which leveraged the entire Rackspace Technology portfolio, particularly those relating to the three major hyper-scale cloud platforms, GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys reading, mountain biking, working on technology projects, and spending time with his two daughters.
