Syntax	`apoc.util.sha256(values)`
Description	Returns the SHA256 of the concatenation of all `STRING` values in the given `LIST<ANY>`.
Arguments	Name	Type	Description
	`values`	`LIST<ANY>`	The list of values to concatenate and generate a sha256 checksum from.
Returns	`STRING`
