User interface product analytics

Product analytics is used to track events and analytics for Neo4j Ops Manager.

The data collected includes which tab and page are navigated to, the country from which the request originates, and the email domain of the current user.

No personally identifiable information is collected.

We collect the following analytics types:

  • Crash reports — Crash reports enable us to quickly diagnose and fix problems.

  • Usage statistics — This data helps us prioritize features and improvements.

It is possible to globally opt out of collection of these types of analytics by setting a configuration value when starting the NOM server.
