5 – GeneWeaver Building a Graph to Map Variants to Genes Using Neo4j 4 x and Bulk Import

Mapping all the possible variants within genomes is challenging because there are hundreds of millions with billions of relationships and new data added all the time. Using bulk import with Neo4j 4, we write the nodes and relationships to map genetic entities and give researchers new insights.
